HR OFFICER (1)

Department: Human Resources / Administration
Employment Type: Probationary (3 months), eligible for regularization based on performance

Reports To: Institution Manager / General Manager

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: ₱25,000.00/month
  • Attendance Bonus: ₱1,500.00 (subject to attendance policy criteria)
  • Quarterly Bonus: ₱1,500.00 (subject to performance/quarterly review criteria)

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for HR administration and compliance support across DHEA's operations, including documentation, employee records, and coordination of HR processes under the General Manager's direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, onboarding documents, and job descriptions
  • Manage employee 201 files, attendance records, and HR documentation
  • Support payroll processing coordination and SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG compliance
  • Draft HR correspondence (NTEs, memos, notices) under GM supervision
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Monitor compliance with DOLE labor standards and internal HR policies
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all employee and company records
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of HR experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor law (Labor Code provisions) an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Probationary Terms:

  • 3-month probationary period from date of hire
  • Performance will be evaluated against standards made known at the start of employment
  • Regularization is contingent on meeting these standards, subject to management's evaluation
