The Compensation and Benefits Officer will be in charge of overseeing the administration of government-mandated and company-initiated benefits for internal employees, as well as preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports as required by government agencies.

He or she will also be asked to assist with some of the payroll operations, as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field from a four-year college degree is required.
  • Knowledge of handling statutory benefits
  • at least 6 months of related experience
  • In-depth knowledge on Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Strong organizational skills, business communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical
  • Proficient in MS Office Software particularly MS Excel
  • Can start ASAP
