Mortgage Broker Support (Australia)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Broker Support Officer to assist Australian mortgage brokers with loan processing, client communication, and administrative support. The role involves managing loan applications, collecting and reviewing documents, liaising with lenders, and ensuring compliance with Australian mortgage requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly to clients and lenders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with mortgage industry software (CRM/Aggregator tools) is highly regarded.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and a "keen eye" for spotting discrepancies in financial documents.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A basic understanding of the Australian mortgage landscape and lending process is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

• Assist mortgage brokers with end-to-end loan application processing
• Collect, organize, and verify client documents
• Prepare and submit loan applications to lenders
• Follow up with clients, banks, and lenders regarding application status
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
• Conduct preliminary assessment of borrower documents and financial information
• Track loan milestones from application to settlement
• Ensure compliance with Australian mortgage and documentation requirements
• Prepare supporting documents, forms, and reports
• Handle administrative and customer support tasks as required
