Commercial Cleaner / Spruce Agent

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitation Duties
- Perform general and detailed cleaning of assigned areas such as offices, homes, studios, and commercial spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, walls, furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Properly collect, segregate, and dispose of waste following company and site guidelines
- Conduct post-construction, deep cleaning, or premium cleaning tasks as assigned
- Equipment & Materials Handling
- Safely use and maintain cleaning tools, machines, and chemicals
- Follow correct dilution, handling, and storage procedures for cleaning solutions
- Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment immediately
- Quality & Safety Compliance
- Follow Spruce cleaning standards, SOPs, and safety protocols
- Use proper PPE at all times while on duty
- Ensure all assigned areas meet quality standards before job completion
- Client Interaction & Professional Conduct
- Maintain a professional, polite, and respectful attitude with clients and coworkers
- Follow client-specific instructions and site rules
- Report client concerns, feedback, or incidents to the Team Leader or Operations
- Teamwork & Support
- Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and fellow Spruce Agents
- Assist in job site setup and breakdown
- Perform additional support tasks such as errands or basic assistance when required
