Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving loan production by developing and
managing multiple sales channels including loan referral agents, brokers, and Account
Officers conducting direct market prospecting. The role focuses on expanding the company’s market presence by building a strong network of referral partners and ensuring the sales team achieves volume and revenue targets for unsecured and real estate mortgage (REM) loans.
The Sales Manager will recruit, train, and manage loan agents and account officerswhile ensuring disciplined pipeline management from lead generation to loan booking.
Qualifications
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5–10 years of experience in lending, banking, or financing sales.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial sales role.
- Proven experience in loan origination, broker/agent management, or territory development.
