About the role
We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team at Terramedic, Inc' in San Pedro City Laguna. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for supporting the overall accounting operations of the company.
What you'll be doing- Performing day-to-day accounting tasks such as maintaining general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Processing invoices, expenses and payments in a timely manner
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Proven experience as an Accounts Officer/Clerk or similar role in the accounting field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
