Operations Associate for Accounting Department

The Operations Associate under Loft - Money Matters is primarily responsible for assisting the internal team.

• Ensure projects remain within scope and timeline
• Report the progress of projects to the project coordinator on a regular basis
• Assist in tracking project issues and drive their resolution
• Keep accurate logs and complete paperwork for tasks or activities
• Proactively make suggestions to the team on how to improve current process
• Must maintain excellent relationship with partners and stakeholders (i.e. government offices, banks, and others)
• Ensure proper documentation of activities by providing official receipts and other documents required for liquidation
• Maintain a 4.0 score/overall satisfaction rating from clients and/or peers
• Others: Accounting-related tasks

• Graduate of Accountancy or related Accounting course
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment
• Goal-driven and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willing to work with a team
• Willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday; 7:00am to 4:00pm
