Accounting Specialist | RTR | Hybrid - BGC, Taguig

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team.' This full-time, hybrid role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila will play a crucial part in our financial accounting and reporting operations.

• Perform routine accounting tasks such as account reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Participate in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives
• Maintain detailed and organised records to support financial reporting
• Assist in the preparation of audit-related documents and respond to inquiries

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the financial accounting and reporting domain
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
