We're currently looking for an Event Production & Logistics Manager to join our client's team in BGC, Taguig City. This is a hybrid role offering a competitive salary of up to 150,000/month, depending on your experience.

Role Highlights:

• Salary: 130,000 150,000/month

What We're Looking For:

• 57 years of experience in events/media agencies or TV production environments
• Strong event management, technical, and team leadership background
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with crowd management and control techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Nice to Have:

• Experience in large-scale event facility or production management
• Vendor and supplier management background
• Budget and cost management experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage event operations with vendors/agencies, including game-day and non-game day activities
• Coordinate with stagehands, rigging, and labor contractors
• Collaborate with arena and team departments to fulfill event staffing and production needs
• Plan and manage event budgets and related expenses
• Secure permits, design floor plans, and ensure compliance with fire, building, and safety codes
• Manage production meetings with arena and tenant departments
• Oversee broadcast, technical, and production setups for events
