Logistics - Operations Manager

Operations Manager for Airline General Sales Agent (GSA) and Logistics Company, you will play a key role in cost management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of logistics processes. This role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on management to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

• Manage and supervise daily logistics and transportation activities, including warehousing, distribution, and order fulfillment.

• Analyze and evaluate operational costs to identify areas for improvement and ensure operations are cost-effective.
• Ensure logistics costs remain within budget projections.

• Oversee inventory control, ensuring proper storage and accurate stock levels to meet demand.

• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other external entities to maintain smooth operations.

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the movement of goods.
• Align logistics operations with company growth and customer requirements.

• Ensure all logistics operations comply with Philippine and international safety, transport, and customs regulations.
• Apply for certifications, permits, and registrations required for logistics and transport operations.

• Supervise and lead the operations team, fostering teamwork, accountability, and efficiency.
• Coach, train, and develop staff to meet organizational performance goals.
