What you'll be doing:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, accounts payable and receivable, inventory, and payroll
Assist in the month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies
Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documentation
Support the annual audit process by providing requested information and documentation
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance or Any related course
1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of financial reports
