IT Business Analyst

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course
- At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role or a similar position.
- Proficiency in configuring decisioning and rule engine platforms.
- Experience with banking industry is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level business requirements and objectives related to AML and fraud detection into clear, detailed technical specifications and data requirements.
- Directly configure and maintain components within our decisioning and rule engine, including the setup of rules, variables, decision tables, and decision trees.
- Analyze and document the architecture of our application services, data links, storage solutions, and APIs. Actively participate in designing system integrations and creating comprehensive integration diagrams.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Linux for basic operations and maintenance, including log analysis, service monitoring, and resource planning.
