As a Business Development Officer (Sales Representative) at Arvin International Marketing Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by nurturing and expanding key clients relationships. This full-time position will see you work closely with the Management to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies to secure long-term strategic partnerships.
What you'll be doing- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in Wholesale, Gen Trade and Modern Trade, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities to expand business
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at existing and potential clients
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Lead the preparation of high-quality sales proposals, presentations and commercial agreements
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new prospects and maximize market share
- Provide regular progress reports and actionable insights to senior management
Qualifications/Requirements
What we're looking for- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in an account management or business development role
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and the capacity to craft winning sales strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner
- Familiarity with the sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and renewals
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or any related Business course
- Experience in Sales, preferably within the Food or Chemical industry, is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, research-driven approach to business development
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have good driving skills
- Willing to relocate and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines (free accommodation provided)
