Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
- Supervise and mentor the sales team, including Sales Coordinators and Sales Admins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
-Collaborate with Warehouse, Finance, and After-Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
-Sales Manager reports directly to the General Manager. Coordinates with Warehouse, Finance, After-Sales, and Marketing teams.
-Participate in company-wide planning and special projects- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in electronics retail or wholesale is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales reporting tools and CRM systems.
