  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and motivation.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance departments to support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and professional conduct in all sales activities.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and clients, especially Korean partners.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
  • 7+ years’ experience in trading or supply chain; 3+ years in leadership.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of trade processes and import/export regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to speak and communicate effectively with Korean clients.
  • Proficient in business tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
