US Onboarding Specialist/Engagement Specialist

Schedule: Night Shift (flexible across US time zones)

What You’ll Do:

• Guide contingent workers through the onboarding process, ensuring a timely and professional experience.
• Act as the primary liaison for workers regarding payroll, benefits, and performance concerns.
• Manage offboarding tasks including asset retrieval and client communication.
• Learn and use client-specific systems and workflows for program accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience with I-9 verification.
• At least 3 years of HR support or recruitment experience, preferably with US clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a calm, problem-solving approach.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with VMS platforms like Beeline or Fieldglass is a plus.
