What is your mission?
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who supports onboarding and setup of new clients by ensuring accurate data processing and process compliance. This role focuses on client record management, data analysis, coordination with sales teams, documentation of processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.You will manage multiple client setups, support process optimization, and ensure timely, accurate execution while adhering to industry standards.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Identify and report process issues and improvement opportunities related to new business operations
- Develop and maintain documentation, reports, metrics, and improvement plans for new business processes
- Participate in internal meetings to support coordination and workflow alignment
- Analyze customer purchase information and enter client records accurately and on time into internal systems
- Coordinate with sales teams to clarify client requirements and obtain missing or incomplete information
- Track and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Process internal and external requests related to initial client setup and onboarding
- Maintain awareness of industry standards and United States healthcare regulations, including underwriting guidelines
- Support a positive and collaborative work environment through professional conduct and teamwork
- Perform special tasks and assignments as required to support business operations
- Bachelor’s or College degree in any field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ year of work experience in data entry, preferably within a BPO or operations environment
- 1+ year of exposure to United States health insurance operations or customer service, considered an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data accurately while managing multiple records and clients
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and on time
- Detail‑oriented approach with a continuous improvement and problem‑solving mindset
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and company information
