Job Description
The New Hire Onboarding Specialist oversees the scheduling, tracking, and compliance of pre-employment requirements while addressing related issues. The role also supports process automation to streamline recruitment tasks and manages New Hire Orientation, vendor partnerships, and contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guide New Hires Through Requirements – Explain pre-employment requirements, deadlines, and follow up on inquiries.
- Manage Pre-Employment Processes – Endorse candidates to Pre-employment medical exams (PEME) and background checks, ensuring timely processing.
- Track and Report Compliance – Update dashboards, monitor compliance, and escalate issues as needed. Provide bi-monthly reports.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO) – Organize and deliver orientation sessions, distribute New Hire Kits, and ensure survey completion.
- Send Follow-Ups for Incomplete Documents – Email reminders to new hires with missing requirements and escalate non-compliance cases to HR Operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related course (preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
