Assistant Corporate Marketing Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE

The Assistant Corporate Marketing Manager supports the Senior Media & Corporate Marketing Manager in building awareness and equity of the corporate NutriAsia brand, maintaining the company’s corporate assets and recruiting users to the corporate Loyalty Program.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Awareness and Equity
  • Supports the Sr. Manager in developing and implementing corporate brand campaigns and the corporate content calendar to deliver on the awareness and equity KPIs.
Maintaining Corporate Assets
  • The Catsup Museum
  • Champions the museum's advocacy to education by developing impactful programs that maximizes the museum's resources.
  • Coordinates with museum partners to ensure that visitor operations are smooth (scheduling, booking, merchandise selling, disbursement), that exhibits and installations are accurate, updated, and working, and provides an overall positive brand experience for NutriAsia’s catsup brands.
  • Works with creative partners for social media content and merchandising materials.
  • BYOB, NutriAsia Website, and NutriAsia EcoStation
  • Ensures uninterrupted operations of the corporate website and that published information is updated and current.
  • Manages the seasonal dress-up of the NutriAsia EcoStation.
  • Seasonally activates the BYOB Refilling Station in strategic NCR locations
Recruiting Users to the Corporate Loyalty Program
  • Assists in the operations of Shop Saya corporate loyalty program (content calendar development and implementation, promo management and execution, data analysis & reporting)

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Education
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business or any related course.
Experience / Expertise
  • At least 2 years of experience of Brand Marketing experience from a consumer goods company
Other Technical Skills Required
  • Working knowledge in PC-based applications (Windows, Words, Excel and PowerPoint) are required.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, communication, innovation skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to proactively make things happen .
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
