JUNIOR E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

Your Mission
You will take ownership of our Amazon business and optimize it end-to-end across the full customer funnel — from visibility and traffic generation to conversion and retention.
Your focus will be the management of our Amazon Seller Central account, including content, performance marketing, and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
Amazon Seller Central (Core Focus)- Manage and optimize our presence on Amazon Seller Central (EU & US marketplaces)
- Create and optimize SEO-driven product listings, including keyword strategy and competitor analysis
- Develop and enhance A+ Content and Brand Store experiences
- Monitor and improve key KPIs (CTR, ROAS, TACOS, revenue, rankings)
- Ensure account health, review management, and customer satisfaction
- Plan, execute, and scale campaigns via Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Build and optimize full-funnel strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention)
- Manage budgets and continuously optimize performance using data (A/B testing, bid strategies)
- Create high-converting content (images, copy, storytelling)
- Optimize conversion rates across the entire customer journey
- Collaborate with creators and influencers to drive qualified traffic
- Support the development of our online shop (UX, pricing strategies, promotions)
- Plan and analyze newsletter campaigns with a focus on retention and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Align Amazon activities with D2C and other digital channels
- Contribute to performance-driven content strategies
- Collaborate with influencers to strengthen top-of-funnel acquisition
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or similar
- First experience with Amazon Seller Central, marketplaces, or performance marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with a KPI-driven approach
- Structured, independent working style and fast learner
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
