About the role
Tidesolar Philippines Corporation, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, is seeking a Logistics Manager to play a pivotal role in our operations. This full-time position is based in Malvar, Batangas and will be responsible for overseeing all logistics and distribution activities to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of our products and services.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing comprehensive logistics strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency
- Managing the coordination of transportation, warehouse operations, and inventory control
- Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Analysing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Overseeing the procurement and maintenance of logistics equipment and resources
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Supervising and training a team of logistics and warehouse personnel
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a logistics management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or warehousing industries
- Thorough understanding of supply chain management, logistics operations, and inventory control principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise logistics processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of logistics management software and data analysis tools
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of logistics and warehouse personnel
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing logistics operations
