About the role

We are seeking a Purchasing Staff to join our team at F-Tech S&F (Philippines) Inc. in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. This is a full-time position responsible for supporting the procurement and inventory management processes within our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage the purchase order process, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders with suppliers
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely procurement of materials
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation
Assist in the development of supplier relationships and contracts
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Support the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures
Participate in cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with production and logistics requirements

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with suppliers
Knowledge of procurement best practices, including contract management and cost optimisation
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
