Establish and strengthen partnerships with industrial partners, and APE medical
service providers that support and advance the hospital’s operational objectives.
 Serve as the primary liaison between the hospital and industrial companies, including companies availing industrial health services, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication that promotes collaboration and alignment of
goals.
 Coordinate closely with the Account Sales Specialist to ensure that all
commitments and deliverables are met during on-site Annual Physical Examination
(APE) activities and other industrial clinic services.
 Jointly manage and prepare schedules and logistics for company-based APEs, ensuring that manpower, equipment, and resources are properly allocated.
 Address and resolve concerns that may arise during APE or related activities, acting as the central point of contact between hospital departments and company
representatives.
 Coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE) and other industrial clinic services
in partnership with company representatives, ensuring schedules, requirements, and workflows are properly aligned.
 Facilitate smooth operations by coordinating logistics, queuing, and resource
allocation such as meal allowances, and professional fees requests for industrial
clinic activities.
 Collaborate on reporting and documentation, ensuring that service outcomes, feedback, and follow-up actions are captured and shared with both hospital
management and company representatives.
 Participate in post-activity reviews with the Account Sales Specialist to evaluate
performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for future industrial
engagements.
Yakap / Industrial Clinic Administrative Support and Reporting
 Assist in administrative work as designated by the Industrial Team Leader, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
 Report directly to the Industrial Clinic Team Leader, ensuring accountability, proper

supervision, and alignment with clinic objectives.

 Maintain accurate records of inquiries, appointments, and service requests
received through phone and in-person channels.

 Prepare and submit timely reports to hospital management and client companies, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

 Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee health data in compliance

with hospital and regulatory requirements.
