Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
Recruit and supervise and train maintenance technicians contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
Monitor inventory coordination of projects (e.g. renovations).

Qualifications/Requirements

Vocational Course/ Training in related field required.
Proficient with microsoft office and related software.
Quick and willing to learn.
Strong Technical and Interpersonal Skills.
Able to speak English and Mandarin.
