Urgent Hiring: Cost Accountant

We are currently in need of:

(1) COST ACCOUNTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing accounting
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and methods
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and monitor production, operational, inventory costs
• Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and margin analysis
• Maintain and update standard costs and bills of materials
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs and investigate variances
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning activities
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost accounting records
• Perform month-end closing activities related to cost accounting
• Support pricing decisions, cost reduction initiatives, and profitability analysis
• Assists in internal and external audits related to cost and inventory
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, inventory, and finance teams
• Improve cost accounting processes and reporting systems
