OY Group is a fast-growing Chinese beauty company with multiple trendy cosmetics and personal care brands expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia. We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager in the Philippines to drive offline retail partnerships, especially with Watsons and other modern trade channels.
Responsibilities Develop and manage offline KA channels in the Philippines, especially Watsons and major retail chains; Maintain strong relationships with buyers, store operations teams, and retail partners; Drive product listing, promotions, merchandising, and sales growth; Execute channel sales strategies and achieve business targets; Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights; Coordinate with HQ and local teams to support product launches and brand expansion; Strengthen brand visibility and channel performance in offline retail stores.
Requirements 3+ years of KA/channel sales experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industries; Hands-on experience working with Watsons Philippines or major offline retail chains is highly preferred; Strong understanding of the Philippine modern trade and offline retail ecosystem; Chinese-speaking candidates or ethnic Chinese background preferred; Strong negotiation, communication, and execution skills; Experience supporting Chinese brands expanding overseas is a plus; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
