Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and operate e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, and Facebook, for product sales and promotion.
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, optimize product listings, manage inventory, and respond to customer inquiries to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze platform data and user behavior to adjust sales strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive online sales growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and rules of local e-commerce and social media platforms to maximize sales performance.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth understanding and practical experience operating local e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee) and social media (Facebook) for sales and promotion.
- Core Sales Skills: Mastery of product listing optimization, online advertising, customer service management, and order processing.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in using e-commerce data tools to analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience managing online stores within consumer electronics or related industries is highly preferred.
- Sector Expertise: Sales experience in relevant fields such as consumer electronics, IT 3C, batteries, photovoltaics, home appliances, drones, or auto parts.
- Professional Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Drive: High self-motivation and the ability to work independently under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Language: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Filipino.
