We are seeking a visionary, highly motivated, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. This is a pivotal role designed for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between high-level brand vision and tactical execution.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for architecting and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand equity, accelerate lead generation, and drive sustainable revenue growth. You will manage significant budgets, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor a team of specialists to achieve market dominance in the e-commerce and digital retail space.

Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and execute cost-effective marketing and sales strategies that align with long-term business goals and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Omnichannel Brand Excellence: Strengthen and maintain a cohesive brand presence across all online and offline channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone.
  • Integrated Campaign Leadership: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the annual marketing budget, optimizing spend across channels to ensure maximum ROI and favorable CAC:LTV ratios.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the Brand, Sales, and Product teams to ensure marketing initiatives support product launches and sales targets.
  • Performance Analytics: Establish robust KPIs and utilize advanced data analytics (Google Analytics, CRM data) to monitor performance, adjusting strategies in real-time to improve outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive research and consumer behavior analysis to identify emerging trends and white-space opportunities.
  • Team Mentorship: Direct and develop the internal marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications. An MBA or Master’s Degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Direct experience in e-commerce or digital retail is essential.
  • Strategic Track Record: Proven success in scaling brands and managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from conception to post-mortem analysis.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO/SEM strategies, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), and Marketing Automation.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
  • Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the agility to pivot strategies based on market shifts.
