Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to support the company's expansion by identifying new store locations, negotiating business agreements, and coordinating all requirements necessary for successful store openings.

• Identify and evaluate potential store locations aligned with company expansion goals.
• Conduct negotiations with landlords, property owners, and business partners to secure favorable agreements.
• Manage the contract preparation and signing process.
• Coordinate the application and processing of permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee activities and logistics related to new store openings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful store launches.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, site acquisition, leasing, or contract negotiation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and permitting processes related to store openings is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• English communication skills are preferred.

• Successfully open 5–10 new stores per month while meeting company standards, timelines, and compliance requirements.
