QUALIFICATIONS- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
- Has at least 5 years of solid/professional experience in Human Resources. Experience working in an agricultural company, and has at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial role is a plus.
- Has in-depth knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and DO-174 regulations.
- Has proven ability for leadership, to drive a high-performance culture and strategic HR initiatives.
- Has exceptional communication and the ability to navigate complex labor relations. Has proficiency in using the English language (written and oral).
- Computer literate. Proficient in navigating MS Office software applications (e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating and inputting payroll data for all employees.
- Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
- Generate payroll reports, including tax filings, benefits deductions and other required reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all payroll-related information.
