Job Description: Industrial Engineer

Experience in a manufacturing setup is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and implement Productivity Improvement Studies aimed at optimizing processes, minimizing waste, and enhancing overall operational efficiency across departments.
• Evaluate current workflows, layout design, manpower allocation, and material handling systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to increase production efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance.
• Supervise sanitation and housekeeping procedures within the plant to ensure full compliance with prescribed company policies, industry best practices, and government regulations.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the production facility, coordinating with relevant departments for regular inspections and corrective actions.
• Inspect and evaluate finished products to ensure they conform to established specifications, standards, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to investigate product non-conformance, determine root causes, and implement corrective measures.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis of products assigned to specific departments, ensuring accurate allocation of resources, materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Assist in the development and review of costing templates and tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of cost estimation.
• Prepare and present reports, documentation, and recommendations related to productivity, quality, sanitation, and costing to management for informed decision-making.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
