Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement
- Support and participate in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects
- Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process mapping to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, engineering, and management) to implement process improvements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to process improvement initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend corrective actions when necessary
- Support audits, assessments, and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations
- Travel to other business units or sites as required to support operational needs and improvement projects
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or other related courses
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Kaizen applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to adapt to different working conditions and assigned tasks
- Demonstrates good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willing to travel to other business units as required
