Operations & Inventory Control Supervisor
Job Description
Join our growing operations team and help ensure accurate inventory management across our plant operations. This position is responsible for supervising inventory activities, monitoring stock movement, preparing reports, and maintaining operational compliance.
Responsibilities- Monitor daily inventory activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy across assigned plants.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies.
- Validate stock transfers and inventory transactions.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Conduct inventory audits and site inspections.
- Lead and develop inventory personnel.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
