Job Overview
The Inventory Control & Finance Manager leads inventory governance, financial inventory reporting, and warehouse control initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maintain inventory integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop inventory control programs and warehouse compliance standards.
- Analyze inventory variances and financial inventory performance.
- Lead inventory reconciliation and stock accuracy initiatives.
- Manage inventory reporting using SAP Business One.
- Review inventory valuation and warehouse inventory costs.
- Conduct inventory audits and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance leaders.
- Manage inventory control staff and warehouse inventory activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related course.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations, production management, or inventory control.
- Experience in warehouse or 3PL companies.
- Strong inventory analysis skills.
- SAP Business One proficiency is required.
