Job Description:

• Build, grow, and manage our online communities (Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, etc.) from the ground up
• Be the voice of the brand—moderate discussions, answer questions, and spark meaningful conversations
• Plan and execute online/offline community events, AMAs, contests, and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and dev teams to relay community feedback and insights
• Track engagement metrics and report on community health and sentiment
• Keep up with the latest Web3 trends, memes, and narratives—and reflect them in community strategy
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, respectful, and professional manner
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate departments (e.g., customer service, technical team, PR)
• Create and participate in the development of community guidelines and enforce them to maintain a safe and respectful environment
• Identify and activate ambassadors, influencers, and power users
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Passion for crypto, Web3, and decentralized tech
• Excellent communication skills in English (multilingual is a plus)
• Prior experience managing Web3 or tech communities
• Creative mindset with a knack for meme culture and internet trends
• Familiarity with tools like Discord bots, community analytics platforms, and basic content creation
• Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
• Calm under pressure, fast to respond, and great at conflict resolution
• Empathetic, patient, and able to handle feedback or criticism professionally
• Basic understanding of content creation or graphic design is a plus
• A customer-first mindset with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Preferred skills but not required:
• Experience working in a DAO or DeFi/NFT/GameFi project
• Understanding of tokenomics and governance
• Content creation (memes, graphics, short-form videos)
