The responsibilities of the Change and Transformation role are:
- Establish and drive quality assurance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Shared Services function
- Lead process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven insights
- Design and implement change management strategies and training programs to support organizational transformation
- Identify and deliver process automation opportunities, including roadmap development, testing, and implementation
- Partner with stakeholders to communicate initiatives, drive alignment, and support cross-functional collaboration

A successful candididate for the Change and Transformation role will have:
- 3+years' experience in HR Shared Services with strong exposure to change or project management. Workday knowledge is a must.
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and preferably Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green Belt)
- Experience with process automation tools such as RPA and chatbots
- Strong understanding of HR processes with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and thrive in fast-paced environments.
