Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in Project Management, Change Management, or Program Management.
- Strong leadership experience in driving organizational change across large programs.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and adoption strategy development.
- Lead change management activities across enterprise transformation programs.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Design and implement adoption and change readiness plans.
- Assess organizational impact and readiness for change initiatives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Leaders, and Technical Teams to ensure alignment.
- Drive user adoption and minimize resistance to change.
- Monitor and report on change effectiveness and adoption metrics.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
- Identify change risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Strong leadership in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing organizational change in large-scale programs.
- Strong understanding of project/program management practices.
- Ability to assess and manage change impact and adoption challenges.
- Experience in enterprise transformation or digital change programs.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Background in organizational development or enterprise PMO functions.
