Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in Project Management, Risk Management, or Program Management.
- Proven experience in managing change impact, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies in large transformation programs.
- Strong background in project governance, delivery oversight, and stakeholder management.
- Identify, assess, and monitor project and program risks across transformation initiatives.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage change impact assessments across business processes, systems, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Leads, and Technical Teams to ensure risk visibility and resolution.
- Maintain and update risk registers, ensuring timely escalation of critical issues.
- Support governance activities, including reporting on risk status and mitigation progress.
- Provide recommendations to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder discussions to proactively address potential issues.
- Strong experience in risk management within large-scale transformation or enterprise programs.
- Expertise in change impact analysis and mitigation planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to assess complex project environments and identify potential delivery risks.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
- Background in project/program management within enterprise or multi-stream transformation environments.
- Experience working in structured delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
