Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (LPG). The Area Sales Manager (LPG) will oversee and manage sales operations in the assigned territory, develop strategic sales plans, and work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets.Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, leading and motivating the sales team, and identifying growth opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications- Must have LPG background in sales
- Must be creative on thinking how to meet monthly quota
- Know how to drive a motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicle
- Must have highly effective communication skills - both in writing and speaking
- With proven solid self-confidence
- Willing to do field work
