About the role

As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales Specialist and driving revenue growth for the company's products and services across the South Luzon region.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and motivate the sales team of achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's customer base in the South Luzon region
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance
  • Foster strong relationships with existing distributors and dealers and secure new business through effective networking and client engagement
  • Provide training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to senior management
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the FMCG, or consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and using sales reporting tools to make informed decisions
  • Applicant should be a resident from Cavite, Laguna, or Batangas
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Can drive 4-wheel vehicle with active driver's license
