About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Brand Manager to lead our brand growth, e-commerce performance, and revenue-generating marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital marketing, content strategy, influencer partnerships, and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta advertising, and e-commerce growth, with a proven track record of driving revenue, improving conversion rates, and scaling brand performance across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Performance Management- Own and drive revenue performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta, and other digital channels.
- Optimize the full customer conversion funnel from traffic acquisition to retention.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including GMV, NMV, ROAS, CPA, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams on pricing, promotions, and discount strategies.
- Develop platform-specific growth strategies for TikTok, Shopee, and Meta.
- Lead TikTok-first content initiatives focused on engagement and conversion.
- Ensure platform-native content execution tailored to each channel's audience and algorithm.
- Continuously analyze performance data to refine growth strategies.
- Build and execute influencer marketing strategies.
- Identify, test, and scale high-performing KOL partnerships.
- Monitor creator performance and ROI.
- Leverage KOL content to strengthen social proof and drive conversions.
- Lead marketing campaign planning and execution across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing marketing assets.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Review and approve marketing materials prior to publication.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creatives, content, campaigns, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify winning strategies and scale successful initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to improve marketing efficiency and profitability.
- Establish effective workflows, reporting systems, and performance tracking.
- Define and monitor KPIs for internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, finance, HR, agencies, and external partners.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in brand marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, or digital growth roles.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta Ads, and digital commerce ecosystems.
- Experience working in revenue-focused marketing environments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
