About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Brand Manager to lead our brand growth, e-commerce performance, and revenue-generating marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital marketing, content strategy, influencer partnerships, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta advertising, and e-commerce growth, with a proven track record of driving revenue, improving conversion rates, and scaling brand performance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Performance Management
  • Own and drive revenue performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta, and other digital channels.
  • Optimize the full customer conversion funnel from traffic acquisition to retention.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including GMV, NMV, ROAS, CPA, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams on pricing, promotions, and discount strategies.
Digital Growth Strategy
  • Develop platform-specific growth strategies for TikTok, Shopee, and Meta.
  • Lead TikTok-first content initiatives focused on engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure platform-native content execution tailored to each channel's audience and algorithm.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to refine growth strategies.
Influencer & KOL Management
  • Build and execute influencer marketing strategies.
  • Identify, test, and scale high-performing KOL partnerships.
  • Monitor creator performance and ROI.
  • Leverage KOL content to strengthen social proof and drive conversions.
Brand & Campaign Execution
  • Lead marketing campaign planning and execution across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing marketing assets.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Review and approve marketing materials prior to publication.
Testing & Optimization
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creatives, content, campaigns, pricing, and promotions.
  • Identify winning strategies and scale successful initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve marketing efficiency and profitability.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Establish effective workflows, reporting systems, and performance tracking.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for internal teams and external partners.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, finance, HR, agencies, and external partners.
Market Research & Business Insights
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Identify emerging opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in brand marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, or digital growth roles.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta Ads, and digital commerce ecosystems.
  • Experience working in revenue-focused marketing environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
