Job Overview
We are looking for a Receptionist (Patient Care Representative) who will be the front-facing representative of the clinic. This role involves handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, running occasional errands, and ensuring a positive patient experience through professional and courteous communication.
Job Responsibilities- Welcome patients and visitors in person or over the phone.
- Answer and refer inquiries appropriately.
- Assist in scheduling appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
- Maintain accurate patient records and accounts.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout patient interactions.
- Support daily clinic operations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality/Tourism, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
