Job Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist (Patient Care Representative) who will be the front-facing representative of the clinic. This role involves handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, running occasional errands, and ensuring a positive patient experience through professional and courteous communication.

Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and visitors in person or over the phone.
  • Answer and refer inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and accounts.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout patient interactions.
  • Support daily clinic operations as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality/Tourism, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Professional, courteous, and proactive demeanor.
