About the role
As an Operation Coordinator at RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION', you will play a crucial role in supporting the agency's day-to-day operations and client projects. This full-time position is based in Mandaue City Cebu, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
What you'll be doing- Coordinating and managing various aspects of client projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project status updates and addressing their needs
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives
- Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising team resources
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation for all client projects and campaigns
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar operations or client coordination role, preferably within an advertising, marketing or agency environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
