About the role

As an Administrative Assistant at Philippine Community Housing Corp. you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization. This full-time position is based in our Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila office and offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing administrative support to senior management and departments across the organization
  2. Handling a range of administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence
  3. Assisting with event planning and coordination
  4. Dealing with internal and external inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  5. Maintaining and updating office systems and procedures
  6. Collaborating with the team to ensure the overall efficiency of the office
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in the administration and office support industry
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  7. Adaptability and a flexible approach to work
