- Translate and interpret business documents and communications (Mandarin ↔️ English).
- Serve as a liaison during meetings, video calls, and negotiations with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management.
- Coordinate with teams across departments to support business development, marketing, or supply chain activities.
- Fluency in Mandarin (Simplified or Traditional) and English (spoken and written).
- Strong translation and interpretation skills for business contexts.
