About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to play a critical role in structuring product requirements and enabling efficient delivery across the platform.
This role will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications, helping accelerate product development and scalability.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of product modules from scoping to delivery
- Translate stakeholder inputs into clear, structured requirements
- Conduct gap analysis across existing features and competitor solutions
- Collaborate with Product to refine and validate scope
- Work closely with Design to ensure requirements are design-ready
- Produce developer-ready documentation (Jira, Confluence)
- Support Engineering by resolving ambiguities during development
- Contribute to building and maintaining the product backlog
- 3–5 years experience as a Business Analyst (SaaS or complex systems preferred)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience working on data-heavy or multi-module platforms
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in EdTech or similar domains
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Fully remote (Philippines-based)
- Collaboration with a European team (CET overlap required)
