Overview of the job
We are currently looking for an HR Generalist in Makati to join us. In this role, you will handle the effective day-to-day HR business partnering of the full spectrum of HR, providing low to medium interface to your respective BRU through the provision of high-quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve project talent goals.

- Build trusted relationships with the Managing Director and Project Managers, having built credibility as a reliable responsive, trusted HR Generalist.
- Give clear, considered, and concise advice on HR issues and show strong stakeholder management skills.
- Develop a solid relationship with the HR team members
- Use quantitative/qualitative data to provide a regular predictive analysis for business leaders, Talent, and HR leaders in anticipation of future requirements.

What day job looks like at DCI:
- Responsible for the effective day-to-day business partnering of the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Benefits in your respective BRU.
- Engage and proactively partner with the project managers in understanding their project talent needs and supply advice and initiatives to achieve the talent project goals.
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes in collaboration with PSMG and FINANCE departments.
- Supply interface to project managers/stakeholders through the provision of high-quality guidance and support in developing and progressing the talent landscape to achieve project goals.
- Coach, support, mentor, and challenge project managers in the application of HR policies and practices, supply advice and guidance on low to medium-level HR issues to minimize risk and financial exposure.
- Work in partnership with the HR team to ensure alignment, and coordination in project/policy development and the enhancement of information provision and services to employees.
- Ad-hoc assignments as instructed by the HR Manager.

Minimum qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in the field of HR
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in human resources preferred.
- Being conversant with the full spectrum of human resource functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good project management experience.
- Confident HR business partner and generalist with the ability to build and support constant rapport with the projects and be hands-on when needed.
- Experiences in fast-moving & dynamic business environments
- Can start ASAP.
