We are seeking a skilled and experienced Student Enrollment Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, understanding their concerns, and providing effective solutions.
Job Description- Make targeted outbound calls to student applicants to maximize student confirmations and enrolments.
- Providing excellent customer service though the different communication platforms.
- To maintain and provide information on all aspects of the application and enrolment process to student applicants.
- Responding to enquiries and assist students primarily via telephone, email, and chat.
- Adhere to pre-agreed service level commitments.
- Maintain data integrity protocols, ensuring it is consistently and accurately recorded.
- Undertake such other duties as may from time to time be required, as commensurate with the role and the needs of the business.
- At least 2-3 yrs BPO experience in Customer Service
- Strong organizational ability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable, self-motivated, flexible.
- Strong attention to details.
- Proficient in working with MS word, Excel, and Power point.
- The candidate must be amenable to an onsite arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig and willing to report onsite for a period of six (6) months. After this initial onsite engagement, the candidate will transition to a work‑from‑home (WFH) setup.
