- 2 years relevant experience in conducting, coordinating and documenting training programs.
- Plans, develop, and provide training and employee development programs, using a variety of instructional techniques and learning methodologies for new hires, promotions, and existing employees.
- Conducting new hire orientation sessions and coordinating other onboarding initiatives
- Offering specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
- Obtaining, organizing and developing training manuals, guides, or course materials
- Background on doing training plans and training calendar is an advantage.
- Background on ISO documentation is an advantage.
- Background on doing needs analysis is an advantage.
- Skills to convert knowledge to a structured training module
- Ability to engage different characters of people.
- With pleasant working character/values.
- BS Graduate of Psychology, Education or any related courses.
- With experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Corporate Training design, implementation and monitoring.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good oral and written and communication skills.
- Good presentation skills. Proactive and a team player.
- Willing to work in Binondo, Manila City
