Purchasing clerk

Job Description

• Assist the managers in order that company material and product for oversea purchase are smoothly purchases.
• Search for quotations from relevant suppliers to select the best quality of product with acceptable price from the suppliers.
• Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of credit, quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
• Coordinate bidding process to ensure the transparency of the procurement in the company.
• Track oversea purchasing order into system.
• Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Respond oversea purchasing from the relevant Department by consulting with team and getting approval from management

• College graduate with a course in bachelor's degree in business and marketing field
• At least a year of Purchasing Management Import/Export Management is an advantage
• Good skills for Word/Excel, Internet and E-mail
• Good in English both written & oral
• Be honest and responsible towards the job.
• Willing to work hard and be flexible on timings
